The Commission has noted an error in the 4th sentence of the first paragraph on page 2 of the Ruling and Order dated June 9, 2008 issued in these matters, which is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Respondent, the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (the "Department"), appears by Attorney Lisa Ann Gilmore."
